Las Amigas, Inc., promotes learning and education through book drive....
The Las Amigas National Book Drive is an effort to promote reading and learning. Members collect books and bring the books to the annual Conclave. The gift of literature is then presented to a school in the Conclave host city/area. In 2010, over 300 books were collected and presented to the Chadbourn Elementary School in Chadbourn, N.C.
